I am a writer, long term care social activist, energy practitioner, wife and mother of two teens.
I am currently editing my first fiction manuscript, fighting for federal legislation and planning for… (shh, not ready to be announced yet.)
As a traveler, I rode the waters of the Seti in Nepal, wandered lost in the Rabat medina and studied with a shaman in Ubud, Bali.
As a social activist, I am the co-founder of a national grassroots advocacy organization and recently announced federal legislation, I helped write, on the steps of the U.S. Capitol.
As an energy practitioner, I founded the Breathing Room wellness studio in NY and am a member of healing collectives in Ventura and Ojai, CA.
As a wife and mother, I have loved in a Brooklyn railroad apartment, on an Accidental Farm in upstate NY and on the shores of Ventura, CA.
What follows on these pages is the adventures of living bravely, documenting the essence of being and trying to hold onto a slice of sanity as we go.
